Valentine’s Day is upon us and love and friendship’s in the air! Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp’s decided to celebrate with a brand-new event: “My Sweetest Friend”! During the period of Feb. 6 at 9:59 p.m. PST to Feb. 27 at 9:59 p.m. PST, players can give their favorite camper a best-friend confection and receive a bell-jar bouquet in return!

How it works

Players will receive a best-friend confection via their mailbox during the period of Feb. 6 at 9:59 p.m. PST to Feb. 14 at 9:59 p.m. PST. They can then give the item to a camper until Feb. 27 at 9:59 p.m. PST. If a player neglects to do so within this time frame, the best-friend confection will disappear from their inventory.

Players can see their best-friend confection by going to “Items,” then “…,” then “Tools.”

Players can only give their best-friend confection to campers that are at their campsite or cabin — they cannot give it to special NPCs like Tom Nook, Isabelle, Pelly or any others.

When players talk to an animal at their campsite or cabin, they’ll be asked if they want to give them their best-friend confection. Only one animal can receive your gift, so choose wisely!

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Freya best-friend confection

Animals given the best-friend confection will receive 15 Friendship points.

The bell-jar bouquet players get in return will include a letter. This can be read at your campsite or cabin by tapping on the letter once if it’s placed there. The bell-jar bouquet will not appear in players’ inventories.

The color bell-jar bouquet players receive will depend on the personality of the animal the best-friend confection is given to. Keep scrolling for a full list of all campers in the game at the time of this event, their personalities and what color bouquet they’ll give.
